Custom Order Policy

When you order non-stock items or large quantities from Hebei Yi Rong co, .Ltd. a partial payment may be required. This pre-payment is used for wire, tool engineering charges, and machine time. If you cancel, you will be liable for progress made on your order, which may vary from 30% to 100% of the order value.

Sample policy

For samples within 20cm x 20cm, Gross Weight with packing less than 500G:

1. Sample Cost (including the air courier cost) of USD80.00 (or EUR55.00) to USD160.00 (or EUR110.00) will be charged according to the destination country, sample will be sent by DHL or TNT.
2. Sample specifications will be similar to customers request, which is enough for specification reference.

For samples bigger than 20cm x 20cm, or Gross Weight with packing more than 500G:

1. Terms are the same with Term 1 and Term 2 above. Pls contact your sales representative for the specific sample cost, sample will be sent by DHL or TNT.

For samples customer needs EXACTLY THE SAME SPECIFICAION which needs to be made especially on the machine:

1. Sample Manufacturing Cost and air courier cost will be charged, Pls contact your sales representative for the specific sample cost, sample will be sent by DHL or TNT.

Customers who EXACTLY THE SAME SPECIFICAITON SAMPLE with bulk needs order inquiry, please tell us your requirement, we will definitely try to help. However we would also sincerely suggest you to read our Suggestions and Ideas about sample.

Sample Policy Explanations, Our Suggestions and Ideas
We Suggest The Following Samples If Customer Need One:

1. Similar Specifications Samples (SSS) (Specifications will be similar enough for reference or test. According to our more than 20 years experience, SSS are enough for customer reference for most of the cases. And this will make the sample providing very easy and the procedure very fast, as we can choose and cut some samples from our previous orders leftovers, as we always make a little more quantity for each bulk order)
2. Small Size Sample (better within 20 cm x 20cm for saving the air courier cost. Do not forget our brochure weight and the packing weight)

Difficulty of Manufacturing a Sample

1. Machines are always busy for bulk orders. For most of the time, all of our machines are in the tight schedule for manufacturing orders which will be shipped weeks later. For most of the cases, we do not have one spare machine which was there for the purpose of making samples only.
2. Mold Installing takes time and cost money. To make a specific sample, we have to stop our currently working machine (only when the schedule is not very tight), take off the current mold, installing the required mold and adjust it, this process normally takes 2 or 3 labors half day or even one whole working day. After manufacturing the sample, we have to repeat the procedure again to resume our order manufacturing.
3. Material Sourcing Difficulty. For a specific material or a specific thickness, it might be not a problem if we place an order for tons of material from our supplier, however if we just need several kilos for making a sample, we found sometime it is hard to source the material.
4. We are not a stock keeper. We are only a manufacturer manufacturing against confirmed bulk orders. And actually customers requirements are quite different from each other.

FAQ:
1. Why do we have this Sample Policy?
Because of increased number of Free Sample Requests we received daily, we found that Sample Cost exceed much of our budget, and fact approved that a certain number of them are not serious requests. This will make our promotion cost much higher and decrease our ability of keeping our pricing competitive, most importantly, this will make us work a lot of time on the un-serious requests, which is very unfair to our serious customer and their serious requests.

2. Is this Sample Policy fair for serious requests and customers?
Definitely it is. This Sample Policy helps us to concentrate on serving serious inquiries and requests. Sample cost is just the cost to cover the sum up cost of material, air courier and all the time we have been involved in the sample service. We are not making profit from the sample cost charging.And please kindly be noted, the sample cost (for SSS only) will be deducted from any future orders. If sample needed to be especially made on the machine, cost charged is just a part of our actual cost (please see Difficulties of Manufacturing a Sample).

3. Is this Sample Policy for all customers?
NO. It is for new customers we have not met face to face only. This Sample Policy is not for current customers including some who finalized even one business with us. If there has some problems when requesting a sample, please talk to our sales person or send email to sales@yirong-wiremesh.com.

From the day it was founded, Hebei Yi Rong Co., Ltd has never stopped improving the quality of its mesh products. We control the quality from the very beginning "purchasing the raw material" until the ending "Pre-ship checking". Our trademark "Qiangsheng" is an assurance of Top-class Quality. We have continuous training plan for both our manufacturing staff and quality checking staff, which ensure our staff are well capable with the most strict quality requirement from worldwide.

Return Policy
We have guaranteed the quality of our mesh since 1985. Please be sure to inspect materials before cutting. If quality is disputed, wire cloth may be returned to Yi Rong Inc in delivered condition (unprocessed and unused) and must be packaged carefully to prevent damage. Before returning any materials please contact us to get a return authorization number. Note: If you return goods for any reason besides unacceptable quality, you will be expected to pay a 15% restocking charge plus freight in both directions. Non-stock or custom made materials are not returnable. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of authorization.
Hebei Yi Rong Trade Co, .Ltd. is not responsible for any costs loss, damages or labor charges associated with installation of our mesh products.

Payment Policy

Overseas customers may pay by Bank Wire Transfer (this is the preferred method) or Credit Card when you place your order. Note: Payments made to Hebei Yi Rong Trade Co, .Ltd by Bank Wire Transfer should be for a minimum of $500 and are subject to a $40 processing fee to cover our bank charges. Charges levied by your bank are your responsibility.
